How to distinguish the exploiter’s puppet

In my paranoia, I have a thought that how the exploiter makes and choose their puppet using HRPD (high radiation peeping device) and eavesdropping. Before it’s too late (before the matter gets serious problem in our society), it needs to be distinguished. For instance, at the cafeteria in the school, there was an outrageous untrue rumor that where half of the seats get serious damage of EMW (electro-magnetic wave), so pupils don’t take a seat there, but always in our society, there are always exceptions of pupils who excluded from that kind of rumors that often causes in his/ her attribution that exceptionally idealist, optimists, being gullible, any family context, eccentricity, appearance, insensibility of any significance, etc are sit other half of the cafeteria. Like this, the exploiter, exploiting false information, gadgets and inciting people’s rage, manipulating human nature, raises institutionalized bullied or unnaturally offensive or perverted person in his / her very early times. In my paranoiac, delusional point of view, most of violence in the place of education that happens above reasons, stabbing school mate without sure reason, bullying, shooting school mates by rifle.
